Crystal Microplate

A unique protein crystallization microplate for sitting-drop vapor diffusion protocols is crystalquick,The 48 or 96 well format with standard microiplate footprint is optimized for auitiomated high-throughput protein crystal growth. The planar surface andrims around each well enable perfect sealing of the plate with either pre-greased glass sheets or viewseal adhesive.Crystallization wells are designed in a way to enable too and bottom inspection of the crystal growth with CCD-based or microscopic systems. To make screening in crystalquick most efficient, each of the 48/96 reagent wells is associated with three crystallization wells. Checkerboard screening, with up to 72/288 crystallization options per plate, can utilized fo investigation of optimal crystal growth conditions.
