- Minimal 2 years of academic research experiences in China in biology or biomedical environment.
- Lived and worked in the respected regions
- Solid imaging technolog, optics or microscopy experiences
- Excellent service or application track record, ideally in Chinese medical or microscopy environment for international company

Main tasks
- Ensures the development and implementation of the application training goals to all customers after sales in the respective regions in China market
- Devlops and Manages customer database and relationship in HK or China
- Builds market potential for further business development in the market
- Implements best training practices, resource planning, and customer analysis, with in-depth reporting to DM on all findings
- Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes rec-ommendations on business strategies
- Supports presales promotion on technical-oriented competitive negotiation and tenderings to RSM
Responsibilities：
- Install, repair, maintain, the microscope system by the instruction by regional service team leader
- Answer customer inquiries via different medias
- Perform special assignments on engineering problems as necessary
- Install and repair electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
- Technical proposal and implementation support
Requirements：
- At least 2 years working experience with service related field
- College degree or above, major in technical related field
- Good at English both oral and written, having certificates such as CET 4 or above
- Familiar with Computer skills, both software and hardware
- Strong communication skills
- Incorporating new technologies and quickly transfer expertise
- Able to travel frequently on domestic and international business trips

Position：Application specialist
Description
Work under general of the division manger. Responsible for the training of microscopy applications to all customer, sales promotion for LSM projects, training program planning. Operation, evaluation, quality and appropriateness of program services in the respected regions. Team works within other functional groups of full and part time employees in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Biology or physics preferred.
- Minimal 2 years of academic research experiences in China in biology or biomedical environment.
