Position title:Microscopy Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Good communicating with Global Marketing Team in HQ.
2. Make marketing plan and budget. Organizing trade fair, conferences, seminars, workshops, demostration and other marketing activities.
3. Lead promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers and product manager to market products and services.
4. Catalogues translating and printing on local.
5. Local website set-up and maintenance.
Requirements:
1. Minimal 2 years of sales assistant or marketing experience in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.
2. English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking
3. Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
| Position title:Application Specialist |
- Daily training on the applications of all micro’s products after sales
- Before sales promotion for AIM projects
- Configuration checking
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in related majors but a master degree preferred
Experience: at least more than 2 years of experiences in biological researches or related majors
- experienced imaging and microscopy technology
- Strong computer both hardware and software skills
Other skills:
- Interpersonal communication skills

- English language skills: Proficient in writing, reading, listening and speaking
Main tasks
- Achieve annual customer satisfactory targets
- Training on applications of Micro’s products in biological, biomed, material sciences, and clinic fields
- Product promotions before sales for Aim projects
- Customer relationship management
| Position title:Sales Engineer |
Work under general direction of the regional sales managers. Responsible for the operation of configuarion and price quotation systems, sales assistances and coordination to RSM, establishing and managing customer database. Operation, evaluation, quality and appropriateness of dealers in the regions.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree or above in Biology or physics preferred.
Experience:
- Minimal 0 to 2 years of sales and marketing assistant experience in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.
- Lived and worked in the regions
- Limited imaging technolog, optics or microscopy experiences
Other skills:
- Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Work results-oriented
- Analyzing and reporting regional sales data
- Use of computer software
- Understanding foreign trade contracts
- Team players
- English language skills: Fluent in speaking, proficient in writing , reading and listening
Main tasks
- Achieve annually planned sales targets
- Ensure the regional operation of configuration and quotation systems for strategic business and marketing goals in the regions
- Assists RSM and regional dealers for achieving planned targets and for new growth strategies
- Builds database for local account management and further development in the market and evaulations
- Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes recommendations on pricing strategies
| Position title:Service Engineer |
Work under general direction of the regional service supervisors. Responsible for the normal operation of micro system in the rgions, service assistances and coordination to RSS, establishing and managing customer database.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree or above in EE or ME preferred.
Experience:
- Minimal 0 to 2 years of service experience in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.
- Lived and worked in the regions
- Limited imaging technolog, optics or microscopy experiences
Other skills:
- Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Work results-oriented
- Analyzing and reporting regional service data
- Use of computer software
- Team players
- English language skills: Fluent in speaking, proficient in writing , reading and listening
Main tasks
- Achieve annually customer’s satisfactory targets
- Ensure the regional operation of systems for reasonable downtime goals in the regions
- Assists RSS and regional dealers for achieving regional service targets
- Builds database for local account management and further development in the market and evaulations
- Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes rec-ommendations on pricing strategies
Position title：
Position title:Service Coordinator
Description
Work under general of the service manger. Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of after sales supports of microscopy stands to all customers. Operation, evaluation, quality and appropriateness of services programs in the respected regions. Team works within other functional groups of full and part time employees in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree or above
Experience:
- Minimal 0-3 commercial assistant experiences in China in a related environment.
- Lived and worked in the respected regions
- Office and administration experiences
- Excellent service or application track record, ideally in Chinese microscopy environment for international company
- training management experiences and technical sensitivity preferred
Other skills:
- Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Multi-project management techniques
- Customer-oriented (800 hotline; COP Invesigation), high frequency communication with internal and external
- Assessing situation/problem and logically and creatively finding solutions
- Analyzing and reporting service cases and customer data

Main tasks
- Ensures the development and implementation of the service goals to all customers after sales in the respective regions in China market
- Maintains customer database and relationship in HK or China

- Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and business, makes recommendations on business strategies
