          ADInstruments Shanghai Trading Co., Ltd is a Wholly-owned subsidiary company of ADInstruments Pty Ltd, Australia and base in Shanghai. The main product of the company is PowerLab Data Acquisition System, and it is widely used in basic medical and life science for research and education. ADInstruments Sales offices are all over the world, and the products are popular with thousands of customers since 1997, and became gold standard of Data Acquisition System. PowerLab Data Acquisition System was used in all Top Medical/Life science universities in mainland of China for different applicant of life science.

          • Sell ADInstruments products into the highly technical research market.

          • Gain in-depth knowledge of the ADInstruments product range and have the ability to advise customers on the correct solution to meet their application requirements.

          • Develop appropriate selling skills consistent with the company philosophy, policies and procedures.
          依照公司文化和相關規章制度,不斷完善銷售技巧。
          • Coordinate on-going customer relationships with a particular focus on up-selling and cross-selling.
          協調客戶關系,促進升級銷售和交叉銷售。
          • Maintain and increase our current customer database through our customer relations management (Salesforce.com) software.
          運用客戶關系管理(Salesforce.com)軟件維護和擴展現有的客戶數據庫。
          • Ensure that pertinent information gathered during sales calls/visits is entered into the company’s Salesforce.com system.
          確保銷售電話/拜訪等相關活動準確的錄入公司客戶關系管理(Salesforce.com)軟件。
          • Train and advise existing and new customers on using our hardware and software.
          為使用我們軟硬件產品的新老庫戶提供培訓和服務。
          • Maintain market awareness, as well as develop and present new ideas and opportunities, in terms of new products and software features/development.
          保持對市場的敏感度,就新的產品和軟件功能提出并發展新的構想。
          • Develop and execute an annual sales plan for managing assigned territory, updated quarterly.
          根據公司下達的銷售任務制定并執行年度銷售計劃,并逐季度更新。
          • Assist with customer training workshops.
          協助組織客戶培訓研討會。
          Qualifications and Skills

          Required
          要求
          • Science-based bachelor degree or above (preferably in life science or Biomedical Engineering)具有生命科學相關(生命科學、醫學、護理學、生物醫學工程等)本科或者以上學位
          • Proficiency in spoken/writing English
          熟練英語口語/寫作
          • Frequent domestic travel within China
          能夠經常在國內出差
          • Excellent communication and presentation skills
          出色的溝通和演講技巧
          • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
          有上進心,具有出色的組織和時間規劃能力
          • Ideally has experience working within scientific research or sales
          具有科研工作或者銷售經驗者優先考慮
          • Previous experience using ADInstruments hardware and software is a distinct advantage
          曾經使用過ADInstruments相關產品者優先考慮

          This position will be based in our Beijing office. It will involve regular travel throughout Henan, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia.

          Two positions released, one will be based in Shanghai, and the other will be in our Beijing office. It will involve regular travel throughout mainland China.
