          ·負責完整性檢測客戶培訓和故障處理
          Customer training on integrity test and troubleshooting

          B.S. at least, who has background of mechatronics and experience on instrument calibration and repair will be preferred.

          ·Promote Pall Biopharm Micro-24 Microbioreactor( MRT) system to prospective clients in China
          ·Build up Pall’s reputation in Bioreactor market
          ·Find out potential Bioreactor business opportunity in all fields like Institutes, University and R&D center of pharmaceutical companies
          ·Develop and maintain customer pool with well nurtured relationship
          ·Perform sales activities and events against sales target
          ·Manage local markets, clients and issues related and implement marketing strategies
          ·Operate the demo MRT system to potential customers
          Requirements
          ·Bachelor degree and above, Biopharma, Bioengineering or Biochemistry

          Position Objectives:
          ·Responsible for China regional BEER market budget (Order Shipment Backlog).
          ·Responsible for China regional pricing and margin within the BEER market.
          ·Formulate and manage BEER market projections.
          Responsibilities and activities:
          ·Develop and implement Business Plan (BP) for the BEER market, this includes market size and overview, Top 10 customers, as well as trends and drives within the BEER market – provide input for the global strategic plan and business plan together with marketing.
          ·Create together with local Sales Force Sales Action Plan (SAP) for China and Sales engineer.
          ·Manage and grow the BEER market systems business, this included the water business within this BEER market.
          ·Formulate and agree annual sales projections with the regional / business leader of China Food & Beverage department.
          ·Formulate and continually update a business plan and sales action plan (with the area sales engineers) for the assigned territory.
          ·Work closely with the marketing group of Food & Beverage, to actively inform the market about the Pall Food & Beverage product range, capabilities and activities.
          ·Responsible for internal training of the sales engineers within the BEER market as well as groups such as technical support, for the product and market related needs.
          ·Identify opportunities for alliances and possible acquisitions within the BEER market.
          ·Identify possible integrators for system business together with system engineering team, and pre-qualify inquiries before submission.
          ·Identify and drive with local sales force OEM’s
          ·Drive standardization / positioning of products and pricing where TMP’s are available and follow Total Fluid Management.
          ·Generate and develop ideas for new products and applications together with marketing.
